Reflexology is a gentle treatment designed to create balance within mind and body. It supports energy to flow through the body and has been widely shown to release tension, promote wellbeing, improve mood, aid sleep and encourage relaxation.
Daily life is often full of a variety of stresses and pressure, whether acute or prolonged this tensions builds within the body impacting on our physical and mental health.

Reflexology works with the individual to identify areas of imbalance, and help to release this, by applying pressure to specific points through massage.

Welcome to Reflexology with Amy, you may have guessed it but I'm Amy. Maybe you are a veteran to reflexology, perhaps you are completely new to complimentary therapies or maybe you sit somewhere in between. Wherever you sit I'm here to support and guide you to a better overall balance.

I am a registered nurse and have a huge amount of experience working with individuals through their health journeys. I love reflexology as a treatment as it has a strong evidence base showing positive outcomes for those receiving treatments.

My aim is to help all my clients better understand their body. I hope, in turn, this will support the pursuit of body and mind balance which we all so deeply need.
Having a medical background allows me to understand how chronic conditions, allergies, lifestyle, etc may be affecting all your bodily systems, meaning I have a more holistic approach to your treatments. I am not here to diagnose and will suggest other complimentary therapies or medical practitioners should I feel this is appropriate.

For all new clients. Includes a full health and wellbeing consultation, Foot reading, Bespoke treatment and ongoing treatment plan.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY treatment
45 Minute - £60
A deeply relaxing foot treatment, with your scented wax of choice a foot reading and full treatment across all zones, revisiting any areas of tension or blockage.
FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY treatment
45 Minute - £60
A dreamily peaceful treatment, using luxurious organic face oils. This treatment is perfect for those struggling wit sleep or an overload of stress in daily life.
TERM PREGNANCY FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
45 minute - £60
For individuals between 37 and 42 weeks pregnant, no prior consultation needed (please contact for exclusions). A perfect relaxation for the final stages of pregnancy
REFLEXOLOGY for infants, children and teens
Ages 0 to 13 years; Treatments are shorter and focus on fewer areas to help hold attention. The initial consultation will be about building trust between myself, you and your child. Parent/career or guardian must be present during treatment.

Continued treatments 30/45 minutes - £40

Combining both treatments together to experience ultimate pampering and relaxation. This includes a full foot and facial treatment and does not require a full consultation treatment prior to booking.
